香港中文大学基因组学与生物信息学硕士、化学病理学博士,多项成果发表在Genome Research和Nature Communication等。主要负责生物信息中心高性能计算平台的运转和开展皮肤、遗传、RNA与皮肤衰老的机制研究。主要研究方向:以大规模生物信息数据分析为主要手段,结合分子生物实验研究非编码元件在干细胞稳态维持的功能及机制;基于高通量DNA测序技术的全新生物标志物发现及临床应用。主要学术业绩:通过整合多组学数据,开发新的数据分析方法,阐述非编码元件在转录和转录后调控的分子作用机制;首次从全基因组水平研究H3K27ac组蛋白修饰水平紊乱引起肌肉干细胞稳态失衡,引起老年肌无力症;开发PARMAP计算生物学框架,有效筛选临床菌株群中潜在耐药功能基因。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、广州市科技计划项目1项、南方医科大学皮肤病医院人才启动项目1项。以通讯作者或第一作者发表SCI论文7篇;以共同作者在Nature Methods、Cell Research等期刊发表SCI论文12篇,累计影响因子约为130,总引用1000多次。
